What is the SyncMe Connector?

The SyncMe MCP connector brings your real-time store data directly into Claude. Whether you're tracking orders across Amazon and Shopify, checking which products are live on Noon and eBay, or pulling up this week's sales performance — you can do it all in a single conversation.

SyncMe already syncs your inventory, orders, and listings across all your channels in real time. Now Claude can read that data and surface exactly what you need, instantly.

Requirements

  • An active SyncMe account — sign up at syncme.io
  • At least one connected sales channel (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Salla, Noon, Zid, Meta, WooCommerce, or others)
  • A Claude.ai account (Free, Pro, or Team)

How to connect

Step 1 — Open Claude ConnectorsGo to claude.ai → Settings → Connectors

Step 2 — Find SyncMeSearch for "SyncMe" in the connectors directory and click Connect

Step 3 — Authorize with OAuthYou'll be redirected to SyncMe to log in and grant Claude read access to your store data

Step 4 — Start askingGo back to Claude and start a new conversation. Your live SyncMe data is now available


What data does Claude access?

The SyncMe connector is read-only. Claude can view your orders, products, customers, and sales analytics — but cannot create, modify, or delete any data. Your store is always safe.

Data accessed includes:

  • Order details and statuses across all connected channels
  • Product listings and inventory levels
  • Sales metrics and analytics
  • Customer profiles and order history

Privacy & Security

  • Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 — Claude never sees your SyncMe password
  • Only your SyncMe account data is accessed — no other store or third-party data
  • SyncMe does not log or store your Claude conversation history
  • You can disconnect the connector at any time from Claude Settings → Connectors

FAQ

Do I need a paid SyncMe plan?A standard SyncMe account with at least one connected channel is required.

Which sales channels are supported?All channels connected to your SyncMe account are accessible — including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Salla, Noon, Zid, Meta, WooCommerce, and more.

Is my data safe?Yes. The connector is read-only and uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Can Claude update my products or orders?Not at this stage. The connector currently supports reading data only.

How do I disconnect?Go to Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → SyncMe → Disconnect.
