Step 3 — Authorize with OAuthYou'll be redirected to SyncMe to log in and grant Claude read access to your store data
Step 4 — Start askingGo back to Claude and start a new conversation. Your live SyncMe data is now available
The SyncMe connector is read-only. Claude can view your orders, products, customers, and sales analytics — but cannot create, modify, or delete any data. Your store is always safe.

Do I need a paid SyncMe plan?A standard SyncMe account with at least one connected channel is required.
Which sales channels are supported?All channels connected to your SyncMe account are accessible — including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Salla, Noon, Zid, Meta, WooCommerce, and more.
Is my data safe?Yes. The connector is read-only and uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Can Claude update my products or orders?Not at this stage. The connector currently supports reading data only.
How do I disconnect?Go to Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → SyncMe → Disconnect.
