Connecting Zid Store

Connecting Zid Store

What is SyncMe?
Managing multiple online stores often means jumping between dashboards, manually updating inventory, and constantly checking if product listings and orders are aligned across platforms. As your business grows, this process quickly becomes time-consuming and prone to mistakes.

What is connecting your Zid store in SyncMe?

Connecting your Zid store links it to SyncMe so you can manage it alongside your other sales channels. Once connected, you can import your product catalog, link matching products using SKU, and sync inventory and orders across your stores.

Important Payment Note for Zid Users (Avoid Duplicate Payments)

Notes
Zid Payment Info (Avoid Duplicate Payments)

  1. If you plan to use a Zid channel, make sure your subscription is set up in a way that avoids duplicate charges.

  2. This is to help prevent being charged twice, once through SyncMe direct billing and once through Zid billing.

Recommended approach:
  1. If you already subscribed through Zid: confirm that your SyncMe plan reflects that subscription, and avoid subscribing again through SyncMe directly.
  2. If you have not subscribed yet: follow Zid’s recommended upgrade flow when applicable.
  3. If you’re unsure which subscription is active: check your invoices in Recent Transactions, then contact support with your workspace email and channel name.

▶️ What to Do Next

1. Import Your Inventory: Make sure your Zid products appear in the Product List after import.

2. Link Matching Products: If you use multiple channels, link products using matching SKUs (including variants).

3. Enable Inventory Sync: Reduce overselling by syncing inventory across channels.

4. Manage Orders: Use Order Management to process orders and keep updates organized.
