Connecting Trendyol Store

What is SyncMe?

What is connecting your Trendyol Store in SyncMe? 
Connecting your Trendyol Store links it to SyncMe so you can manage it together with your other sales channels. Once connected, you can import your product catalog, link matching products using SKU, and sync inventory and orders across your stores.

✅ Before You Start

  1. Make sure you have a SyncMe account with the ability to manage channels. If you don’t have one, sign up here.

  2. Use a Salla account with Admin/Owner access so you can install and approve app permissions.

  3. Make sure you’re connecting the correct Salla store (especially if you manage more than one store).

Step 1: Select Trendyol from Sync Channels

In SyncMe, open Sync Channels from the Settings section. Locate Trendyol in the available channels list, then click Sync Channel.

Step 2: Open the Connect Trendyol page

The Connect Trendyol page will open. Enter a clear Website Nickname, such as Trendyol Store or your business name. This nickname is used inside SyncMe to identify the connected store.

Step 3: Find your integration details in Trendyol

You will need your Seller ID, API Key, and API Secret from Trendyol. Follow the actions below to open the page that contains these credentials.

Go to Trendyol Seller Center
  1. Open partner.trendyol.com in your browser.
  1. Enter the email address and password registered with your Trendyol seller account, then click Log in.

Open the account menu

After logging in, click your account name or the account dropdown in the upper-right corner.

Select Account Details

Choose Account Details from the dropdown menu to open your seller account settings.

Open Integration Details

On the Account Details page, select the Integration Details tab.

Locate the SyncMe credentials

Scroll to the Integration details section. Locate the SyncMe integration and confirm that the Seller ID, API Key, and API Secret are available.

Step 4: Copy the Trendyol details into SyncMe

Keep the Trendyol Integration details page and the SyncMe connection page open. Copy each credential from Trendyol and paste it into its matching field in SyncMe.

Select the storefront

In SyncMe, open the Storefront dropdown and select the market that matches your Trendyol seller account, such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, or Germany.

Step 5: Choose the Product Sync Type and start syncing

Select the required Product Sync Type:

  • Update all product details: Updates product information and stock.
  • Update quantity only: Updates stock quantities only.
  • Don’t update products: Connects Trendyol without changing products or stock.
 Then click Start Sync to connect your Trendyol store.

Step 6: Verify the channel connection

You have successfully connected your Trendyol store with SyncMe. Your store is now ready for syncing products, inventory, and orders.

1. Import products/inventory into SyncMe (if needed).

2. Link matching products across channels using consistent SKUs.

3. Enable inventory sync to avoid overselling.

4. Review orders and test a small sync flow to confirm everything is working.
