Connecting Noon Store

What is connecting your Noon store in SyncMe?

Connecting your Noon store links it to SyncMe so you can manage it alongside your other sales channels. Once connected, you can import your product catalog, link matching products using SKU, and sync inventory and orders across your stores.

How to Connect Noon

Follow these steps to connect your Noon store with SyncMe:

Step 1: Select Noon

In SyncMe, go to the Sync Channels page to view all available sales channels, then find Noon in the channels list and click Sync Channel to begin the connection setup.

Step 2: Open Noon channel setup

You will be taken to the Noon connection page in SyncMe. This is where you will later enter your Noon credentials, such as the warehouse code, key ID, project code, and private key.

The next steps will show you exactly where to find each Noon credential, so you can come back and fill the SyncMe form easily.

Step 3: Go to Noon Partners

Open noon.partners and log in to your account.

Step 4: Enter your login details

Type your phone number or email address, then click Continue to proceed.

Step 5: Enter the OTP code

Check your email, enter the 6-digit OTP code, and complete the login process.

Step 6: Open noon.com under Primary Services

After logging in, click noon.com under Primary Services to continue.

Step 7: Go to Warehouse settings

Expand Fulfilled by Partner, open Fulfilled by Partner Integration, then click Warehouse.

Step 8: Create a new warehouse

On the Integration Warehouses page, click Add New Warehouse.

Step 9: Enter warehouse details
Type a warehouse name, choose your Operating Country, then click Create Warehouse.

Step 10: Configure the warehouse
After the warehouse is created, click Configure Warehouse to open its settings.

Step 11: Choose the warehouse integrator configuration
Inside the warehouse settings page, click Choose Integrator to start the integration setup.

Step 12: Add the webhook URL and API key

Select the Webhook option. Then enter the webhook URL and API key and click Apply to save the integrator configuration.

Step 13: Open Warehouse General Configurations

Back on the warehouse settings page, click Warehouse General Configurations to continue with the required setup.

Step 14: Add processing time

Click Add Processing Time, then choose the processing time that matches your warehouse operations.

Step 15: Add delivery model

Click Add Delivery Model and choose the delivery model that fits your items and shipping setup.

Step 16: Add custom holidays if needed

If your warehouse has holidays or blackout dates, click Add Custom Holiday and enter the required details.

Step 17: Activate the warehouse

Make sure your warehouse setup is complete. The warehouse status should be active, and the setup progress should show 100%.

Now turn on the warehouse status toggle to activate the warehouse.

Step 18: Copy the warehouse code

On the warehouse settings page, copy the warehouse code shown under the warehouse information.

Step 19: Paste the warehouse code into SyncMe

Go back to SyncMe and paste the copied value into the Warehouse Code field.

Step 20: Open User Access in Noon Partners

Go back to Noon Partners. Under Admin, expand User & Access to continue the setup.

Step 21: Open API Users

Click API Users to access and manage API service accounts.

Step 22: Create a service account

On the API Users page, click Add Service Account to create new API access credentials.

After creating the account, click the service account row to open and view its details.

Step 24: Locate your Key ID

Inside the Manage Service Account panel, find the Key ID under Service Account Credentials. You will use this in SyncMe.

NotesGenerated JSON file

When Noon Partners generates your API credentials, a JSON file is created automatically. You will copy the required values from this file.

Step 25: Open the JSON file

Open the generated JSON file. It contains the key_id, project_code, and private_key values you need.

Step 26: Copy the key_id value

In the JSON file, copy the full value next to key_id.

Step 27: Paste Key ID into SyncMe

Return to SyncMe and paste the copied value into the Key ID field.

Step 28: Copy the project_code value

In the JSON file, copy the value next to project_code.

Step 29: Paste Project Code into SyncMe

Go back to SyncMe and paste the copied value into the Project Code field.

Step 30: Copy the private key

In the JSON file, copy the full private_key value from BEGIN PRIVATE KEY to END PRIVATE KEY.

Step 31: Paste Private Key into SyncMe

Back in SyncMe, paste the copied private key into the Private Key field.

Step 32: Enter your website nickname

In SyncMe, type your website nickname in the Website Nickname field to complete the setup form.

Step 33: Start the sync

After filling all required fields, click Start Sync.

Step 34: Confirm the channel connection

Once setup is completed, your Noon channel will appear as Connected on the Sync Channels page and will be ready to use.

After successfully connecting your Shopify store, proceed with these next steps:

  1. Import Your Inventory: Ensure that products appear in the Product List after import.

  2. Link Matching Products: Link products across channels using the same SKUs (including variants).

  3. Enable Inventory Sync: Prevent overselling by syncing inventory across channels.

  4. Manage Orders: Use the Order Management feature to manage orders and sync updates back to the original store.
